
Shipping Policy
All orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Once your order has been packaged and labeled, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Green Goddess Essentials is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they are in the hands of USPS. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please visit the USPS Help Center and use your tracking number to file a claim.
To protect your shipment, we recommend selecting USPS Priority Mail at checkout, as it includes insurance coverage.
Refund & Return Policy
Refund or return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in original condition — unused, unworn, and in original packaging with any tags or seals intact.

Damaged Items

All orders are carefully packaged to withstand normal shipping conditions. However, Green Goddess Essentials is not liable for damage caused during transit by USPS. To report a damaged shipment, please visit the USPS Claims Page and file a claim using your tracking number.
