All orders placed will ship within 3-5 business days. Packages ship through the United States Postal Service. Once your order is packaged and labeled you will receive a tracking number. Green Goddess Essentials is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. If your package goes missing contact the help center on the USPS website with your tracking number to file a claim. To ensure your package has insurance, select USPS Priority shipping at checkout.
Product returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. All items eligible for return request must be in purchased condition. This means in order for your refund request to be accepted all items must be in the same condition as they were when being packaged, Unused, unworn, in original packaging with its tags if it came with one. If you are looking to request a refund please email me at Greengoddessessentials.email@example.com to start the process. If your refund is accepted I will email you with shipping instructions on how to return your items.
Non Refundable/ Non Returnable Items
Green Goddess Essentials does not accept returns or refunds on sale items, wholesale items, as is items, or gift card purchases. All crystal sales are final. I can not accept returns on perishable or personal care items such as Herbs and Bath soaks. If you believe you received the wrong items please contact me at the email listed above.

All orders shipped through USPS, Green Goddess Essentials packages all orders to thoroughly withstand normal shipping conditions . I am not liable for any damage caused to your package by USPS staff in transit. if damage to your package occurs please contact the help tab on the USPS website with your tracking to file a claim.
